This project is for the major resilience support at St Peters Hospital to take the site to 100% essentially supported. M&M Technical attended site, surveyed the works packages and tendered the project for our client. The project included the construction of the new centralised generator farm, sheet piling and civils works and switch room construction, the provision of 3 in nr. 1Mva generator sets and dual circuit generator panels, major switchgear panels changes to Pathology, the Duchess of Kent and Prince Edward Buildings, Urology, the Theatre block, Cardiac and Modular units, as well as the major cable ladder infrastructure provisions, and an element of HV works. The project package was tendered at £4.1M+ but has grown with other major elements added, and is projected now to be circa £6M.
